Gluten free foods refer to that do not contain gluten.  Here is a list of naturally gluten free foods to guide you through your gluten free diet.

Fresh and frozen plain meat, fish or poultry, without stuffing or crumb coating.
Fresh and frozen plain vegetables in syrup or juice, plain canned fruit in syrup or juice, vegetable canned in brine, water or juice, plain vegetables, pickled in vinegar, potato crisps are all gluten free foods
Egg (but not Scotch Egg)
Nuts and Seeds of all types, provided they are plain, also include peanut butter
Gelatin and agar-agar
Diary product such as milk, dairy cream, natural yogurt, fromage frais, plain cheese are all gluten free foods.  Spread or processed cheese are however not gluten free foods
Fats and Oils include pure vegetables oils such as olive oils, sunflower and rapeseeds, butter margarine, (as long as it does not contain wheat germ), reduce fat, and low fat spread.
Fruit conserves, jam and marmalade, good quality plain chocolate.
Flavoring, seasoning, herbs and spice, including salt, freshly ground black pepper, cider vinegar, pure whole or ground spices, tomato and garlic puree, pure food flavoring such as vanilla and almond
Breakfast cereal such as rice crispies, puffed rice, and some cornflakes.
Grains whether whole or ground including buckwheat flakes and flour, carob flour, corn flour, chick-peas flour, maize flour, millet flour, sweet chestnut flour, teff flour, yam flour, rice flour, polenta, quinoa grains, sago and tapioca.
Yeast (and yeast extract)
Pure rice noodles, pure corn, rice and millet pasta, pure buckwheat pasta and any pasta that do not contain wheat flour, starch or binders.
Drinks such as tea, coffee, fruit, squashes (except barley water), pure fruit juices, cider, wine, sherry, brandy, and port.
