Stir-fry Beef and Broccoli 1. Blend the corn flour with the soy sauce and port in a small bowl 2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the beef, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes until thee beef is browned all over. Add the red pepper and broccoli; stir fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender. 3. Add the corn flour mixture and salt and pepper to the pan, then cook, stirring all the time until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Lower the heat and stir-fry for a further 1 minute. Serve at once, garnished with parsley sprigs and accompanied by herby brown rice or rice noodles.
