Homemade quality and delicious gluten free mayonnaise that is easy to prepare 


Gluten Free Mayonnaise Recipe (200ml / scant 1 cup)
  Mayonnaise Ingredients
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 5ml / 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 15ml / 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.5ml / 1/2 tsp salt
  • ground black pepper
  • about 150 ml/ 2/3 cup olive or sunflower oil
1. Place the egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper, and 15 ml/ 1 tbsp in a small blender or food processor.  Blend for 30 seconds

2. With the motor running, gradually add the remaining oil, pouring through the funnel in a slow, continuous stream, until thicken, creamy and smooth.

3. Adjust the seasoning then use immediately or cover and chill until required.  Store up to 3 days in a covered container in the fridge.
