Mayonnaise Ingredients

| 1. Place the egg
yolks, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper, and 15 ml/ 1
tbsp in a small blender or food processor. Blend
for 30 seconds 2. With the motor running, gradually add the remaining oil, pouring through the funnel in a slow, continuous stream, until thicken, creamy and smooth. 3. Adjust the seasoning then use immediately or cover and chill until required. Store up to 3 days in a covered container in the fridge. |
