Gluten Free White Sauce Ingredients

| 1. Place cornflour in
a bowl and blend with 60ml / 4 tbsp of milk to make a
smooth paste. 2. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until boiling, then pour on to the blended mixture, whisking continuously to prevent lumps forming. 3. Return the mixture to the saucepan and bring slowly to the boil, stirring continuously, until sauce thickens. Lower the heat and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes then stir in margarine, until melted. Season to taste and serve.
