Delicious orange salad that is easy to prepare and gluten free


 Orange Salad (4 servings)
 Orange Salad Ingredients
  • 3 oranges
  • 115g/4oz/1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 15 ml / 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 15 ml / 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 30 ml / 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 ml / 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2.5 ml / 1/2 tsp ground cumin

 Orange Salad Preparation Method

1. To prepare orange salad, cut away the peel and pith from the oranges and cut into wedges.

2. Place the oranges in a salad bowl and add the black olives, coriander and parsley

3. Blend together the olive oil, lettuce juice, paprika and cumin.  Pour the dressing over the orange salad and toss gently. Chill for about 30 minutes and the orange salad is ready to serve.
